Stream it, record it, monetise it. You do not need to ask.
Wycliffe Partners Limited grants everyone a free, worldwide, perpetual permission to capture, stream, record, broadcast, edit, publish and monetise video and audio of Gemstone Rhapsody, on any platform, including YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, X, Niconico, Bilibili and any service that follows them.
The permission is the same whether you are a private individual, a registered company, a media outlet, or a streamer belonging to an agency or a VTuber office. No separate agreement is needed and none will be asked for. If your legal department requires a named licence, this page is it, and we will confirm it in writing on request.
The music we commissioned and the sound we made are ours. We will never file a copyright claim or a takedown against your video for using them.
The game also plays public-domain and Creative Commons classical recordings, every one of them credited in the app under Music Credits. Six carry a share-alike term, and a video set to one of those can inherit that licence, so if you would rather not think about it, pick around these six in the jukebox:
Delibes' Flower Duet is CC BY 3.0, which asks for a credit but carries nothing further. Everything else in the jukebox is ours, public domain, or CC0, and none of it needs anything from you.
Beyond those, the video is yours and so is the money it earns.

当社が制作・発注した音楽と効果音は、当社が権利を保有しています。 これらについて、著作権侵害の申立てや削除要請を行うことは一切ありません。
本作では、パブリックドメインおよびクリエイティブ・コモンズのクラシック音源も使用しており、 すべてアプリ内の「Music Credits」に明記しています。 このうち6曲は継承（ShareAlike）条件付きです。 これらを流した映像にはライセンスが及ぶ可能性がありますので、 気になる場合はジュークボックスで以下の6曲を避けてお使いください。
